Information We Collect
StayPaw LLC collects explicit information required to manufacture, tailor, ship, and support custom-fit outerwear and gear for large and giant dog breeds. We collect data across three distinct categories:
Customer Identifiers
Full legal name, delivery destination, billing address, direct telephone contact, email address, and account credentials used for order fulfillment and delivery notifications.
Canine Sizing Profiles
Chest girth measurements, neck circumference, spine length, current weight bracket, and breed specifications (e.g., Great Dane, English Mastiff, Cane Corso) to guarantee non-restrictive barrel cuts.
Tokenized Payment Information
When ordering on our commerce platform, payment transactions are tokenized instantaneously through our merchant payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay, PayPal). We receive only an encrypted validation token, card expiration month/year, and the final four digits of your payment vehicle.
How We Use Your Data
Every byte of operational data collected serves a direct utility toward outfitting your dog comfortably and maintaining legitimate commercial operations under United States commercial statutes:
- check Precision Tailoring & Recommendations: Our proprietary fit algorithm analyzes chest-to-waist ratios to suggest appropriate size variations (XL through 5XL) and mitigate painful rubbing.
- check Logistical Shipping & Customs: Generating verified carrier manifests via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Freight for timely regional delivery.
- check Transaction Integrity & Fraud Prevention: Screening suspicious charge patterns against IP geolocations to shield cardholders from unauthorized e-commerce abuse.
- check Customer Care & First-Exchange Guarantee: Expediting our complimentary size swaps without requiring repeated manual measurements.

StayPaw LLC does not sell, license, rent, or lease consumer personal records to any data brokerage or advertising conglomerate.
Data is strictly transmitted to verified technical service processors operating under binding confidentiality standards:
