We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned in compliance with our policy.

We understand big dog sizing is unique. One free size exchange on your 1st apparel purchase.
Return Conditions
To ensure hygiene and safety for all pets, returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Apparel: Unworn, in new condition with original tags intact, and free of pet hair and odor.
- Collars, Leashes & Harnesses: Unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Beds & Pads: In brand-new, clean condition.
Exchanges & Sizing Guarantee
Free Exchange on 1st Apparel Purchase: We understand sizing for large dogs can be tricky. We proudly offer one FREE size exchange on your first apparel purchase with no return shipping fees.
Subsequent Exchanges: Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for subsequent sizing exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with any defect or damage, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will immediately arrange a replacement or 100% full refund free of charge.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at [email protected] within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Our Customer Care team will verify your order details and provide return authorization along with the specific domestic return facility address.
- Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package shipping label without contacting us first, as shipments sent without prior authorization cannot be tracked or processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
