ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of a mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

The time for deliveries is composed of two time periods composed of:

1) Processing time: 1-3 business days (Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing)

We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days but it can take longer during peak season (holiday season, big sale, etc)

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

At StayPaw, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. To achieve this, accurate shipping information must be provided during the order placement. This policy outlines our stance regarding inaccurate shipping addresses and your responsibility in such cases. 

  1. Non-Delivery in Case of Incorrect Address:

If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address that you provide, we cannot be held responsible for the package's loss or destruction.

In such cases, if the package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package to the correct address.

If you realize they have provided an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, you should contact our customer support team immediately.

Depending on the stage of order processing, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address if possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected, especially if the package has already been shipped.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during the order placement. We will ship orders to the exact address provided by you, and any issues arising from inaccuracies in the provided address will not be our responsibility.
