ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your ordered items and shipping details. Please double-check your address (country, street number, unit, etc.) and contact us right away if anything is wrong. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

SHIPPING COST

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $3.99.

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery time has two parts:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days (order confirmation, quality check, packing). This may take longer during peak seasons.
  • Delivery time: 7-15 business days.

We do our best to ensure on-time delivery. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, public holidays, peak seasons, or local carrier delays, so we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. For the latest status, use the tracking link provided once your order ships.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Accurate shipping information is required at checkout:

  • Incorrect address: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient address you provided, we are not responsible for its loss. If the carrier returns it to us, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend it.
  • Address correction: If you notice an incorrect address after ordering, contact us immediately. We will try to update it if possible, but cannot guarantee changes once the package has shipped.

TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number is sent within 2-5 business days of purchase. Please track your package regularly for location and estimated delivery updates. If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for claims of non-receipt.
