We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. StayPaw is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns before placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS


If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact customer service at support@staypaw.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.


Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified while it has not been shipped. After that time, the order can no longer be canceled.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We only accept return or exchange items if they are defective or wrong.
Please make sure your return items meet the following conditions: 

- Apparel: New condition with tags intact and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odor and dog hair

- Collar & Leash: New condition with tags and returned with the original packaging. Must be free of odor dog hair

- Beds: All of our memory foam beds are compressed and wrapped in sanitary protective packaging. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns

Exchange:

- Email support@staypaw.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. 
- Once we receive your returned items, we will send your exchange item.

Return:

- Email support@staypaw.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. 
- Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit.

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@staypaw.com.
